The LikeMinded program is specially designed for professionals (3+ years working experience), a target group usually lacking support in the early stages of the entrepreneurial journey. By lowering the entry hurdles to entrepreneurship, the program aims to offer an alternative career path for professionals and leverage these founders' unique industry knowledge to build high potential startups.
The 10-week program provides a well-balanced mix of training, peer activities and individual expert coaching, tackling the most important challenges of early-stage startups. A special focus is placed on building up a co-founder team by giving the participants access to a pool of potential co-founders and offering different matchmaking activities.
At the end of the program, participants will have the chance to pitch their project to Bluelion’s Investors Board consisting of various corporate and private investors, who will also provide feedback on participants' output.
