Founded in 2019 by Dimitri Nabatov and Marc Hauser, advaisor AG is an ETH Spin-off company and Microsoft Gold Partner using Artificial Intelligence software to help companies to shine through excellent communication. Its add-in for Microsoft Outlook and Miscrosoft Word as well as the advaisor webapp enables customers to align their brand voice, boost client satisfaction and productivity KPIs. The real-time system also supports managers and employees to develop more self-aware behaviours, engagement and optimism at work, which radiates positively onto clients.
In its early stages, the company participated in accelerator programs including the F10 FinTech Incubator & Accelerator, Kickstart, the Swissnex incubation program, and the Microsoft for Startups program to fast-track development and speed up the time to market of its communication analytics products. Since completion, the company has been growing at an accelerated pace. Currently, the company has expanded its team to seven members and serves some of Switzerland’s large and renowned companies such as Basler Versicherung, SBB, die Mobiliar and SIX Group. In addition to investment from its seed round, advaisor AG is currently generating revenues to support its growth and development.
Microsoft’s partner of the year
Adding to its collection of accolades, advaisor AG has become the first startup to win the Microsoft Partner of Year Award Switzerland in the category Swiss Startup. The award recognises companies that have implemented their product or solution in the last 12 months, their usage increased, and they can demonstrate market success as well as partner or customer growth over the previous 12 months. The 190 startups in the Microsoft for Startup ecosystem were all eligible for the award.
On the reasons for selecting advaisor AG, Andrew Reid, Head of Startup program Microsoft Switzerland said: “In recent months, we all had to adapt to a more digital world – a world in which good online customer service is becoming massively more important. Thanks to advaisor AG’s AI-based solution – which analyses text for interaction and provides immediate feedback and suggestions for improvements – organisations can immediately make a positive impact on customer experience and satisfaction. This has not only impressed us but also some large Swiss companies such as Die Mobiliar, Baloise and SBB.”

Seervision supports Microsoft’s event live stream
The live stream event enabled by Seervision’s technology. The ETH Spinoff is developing software for camera automation based on state-of-the-art video analysis algorithms for real-time object recognition and scene segmentation in video production.
