Startup Sauna is a Finish accelerator program that supports early stage startups (between 6 months pre-product launch and 3 months post-product launch) that have a proven track-record of being able to pivot and validate new hypothesis at a rapid pace, and a vision for global growth. For the fall edition, thirteen startups from all over the world have been selected to benefit from the program. Among them is the Zurich based startup Yelloh.
The selected startups will now join an intensive, full-time 7-week program designed to provide hands-on help with founding fundamentals, while preparing them for achieving investment readiness and meetings with investors as well as potential customers. More than 70 serial entrepreneurs, angel investors and VCs will coach the participants. Startups will also will attend investor meetings and 1on1 sessions with successful startup founders.
“The program will help us to push our company to the next level in both customer focus and investor networks. In fact, we are moving our entire core team from Zurich to Finland for the 7 week program and are expecting some great results for when we return in December”, said Fabian Bolhalder, CEO and Co-Founder of Yelloh.
The acceleration program will end with a Demo Day, where startups will be pitch to investors and the audience at the Slush conference on 30th December. Slush is the world’s leading startup event where founders and tech talent meet with international investors, executives, and leading actors of the global tech scene and media. Slush 2017 takes place on November in Helsinki, Finland.
All teams from both the spring and fall batch have free access to Slush conference where they will showcase their products. They will also get the chance to apply for the Slush 100 pitching competition.
