Since its pivot to a B2B solution, The Trip Boutique AI has been making strides in the travel business with an AI assistant designed to enable travel brands to boost efficiency and grow revenue with personalization at scale. The platform includes the modules Client Profiling, Knowledge & Supplier Management, Marketing Automation, Itinerary Builder, Data Insights, and, coming soon, Booking Agent (in Q2 2025). This helps businesses leverage travel expertise, identify top suppliers, better understand clients, and serve them more efficiently with the most relevant recommendations and actionable insights.
During 2024, the company strengthened sales through pilot projects with ten customers across diverse segments, including host agencies, luxury travel agencies, retail travel agencies, OTAs, and DMOs in the DACH region, the UK, and the USA. Currently in its commercial, the Zurich-based company is negotiating several new contracts for 2025 with prominent industry players in the pipeline.
“The transition from pilots to early contracts demonstrates that our AI co-pilot capabilities have proven their value. They not only enhance productivity and efficiency for travel sellers but also empower them to develop hyper-personalized relationships with their customers, boosting customer satisfaction and lifetime value”, said Fernanda Barrence Mutz, co-founder and CEO of The Trip Boutique AI.
Accelerating growth worldwide
The Trip Boutique AI has now entered a global commercial partnership with Amadeus – a global leader in travel technology providing software solutions to airlines, airports, hotels, and travel agencies across 190 countries. This partnership provides the company with access to a vast network of customers in the travel sellers’ segment, including travel agencies and other global travel players. The Trip Boutique AI is also further integrating Amadeus’ suite of solutions into their platform with an expected launch in 2025. The combined capabilities will enable advisors to accelerate bookings and to make personalized recommendations with real-time availability and pricing throughout the travel journey, thus transforming the overall customer experience. These advancements are poised to significantly expand the startups’ market access, as Barrence Mutz revealed. Besides the integration, The Trip Boutique AI is enjoying exclusive events such as Amadeus Synergize where it held a presentation for Amadeus’ top European customer.
The deal comes after a lengthy and highly selective process. “Amadeus Distribution in collaboration with Amadeus Ventures continuously evaluates startups in travel tech throughout the year. The Trip Boutique AI distinguished itself with its deep understanding of the travel industry, particularly in luxury travel and AI-driven hyper-personalization. Their solutions complement our portfolio and provide us with the opportunity to deliver innovative solutions to our customers” commented Noureddine Hajji, Strategic Alliances & Partnerships Manager, Amadeus.
