Swisstech on a virtual stage at CES2021

CES Vegas 2021 takes place virtually for the first time in 50 years. It will maintain its goal to provide a stage to launch breakthrough technologies, engage with global brands and unite the tech community. The Swiss Pavilion will host 23 startups to showcase their solutions to the worldwide audience.

The annual Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Vegas offers global technology players a platform to launch inventions. Emerging early-stage companies benefit from the exposure and opportunity to interact and forge business partnerships.  From 11-14 January 2021, Switzerland will present the best innovations from Swiss companies and startups at the Swisstech booth. To ensure an immersive digital experience, S-GE and the Swisstech Partners Presence SwitzerlandInnosuisseswissnex, digitalswitzerland and the Swiss Business Hub USA, have organised a virtual stage.

Nineteen Swiss startups obtained support from Innosuisse to participate in the trade show.

AVAtronics – High Performance, Wideband Active Noise Cancellation technology for Consumer Electronics and Transport Industries.

CREAL – uses light-field display technology to develop near-eye light-field projectors, which will replace flat screens in Virtual and Mixed Reality glasses.

Droople –  IoT water intelligence platform to efficiently manage water-based assets

Experify – offers a Platform for potential buyers to meet local brand owners to get honest reviews and a quick try-it-out.

Eyeware – Remote eye-tracking software for laptops, smartphones, cars and more 

Foxsmart – Developed FINDY, a glasses locator based on user-friendly and safe Bluetooth technology

GlobalM – Provides a platform for crowdsourcing news, entertainment and sports content.

Klepsydra Technologies – Develops low power consumption software for edge computing for application in autonomous drones, robotics, space and automotive.

Magma – AI-based learning platform to facilitate personalised learning

MYELIXA – Smart water tracker and app for seniors to monitor their water intake.

Securaxis –  Transforms sound into information by combining acoustic with advanced Artificial Intelligence and data science.

SO REAL Digital Twins – Automates the production process of digital twins of 3D objects using scanning and conversion technology.

Swiss CapCharger –  Energy management system that charges supercapacitors efficiently in one minute.

Swiss Vault Systems – Builds data management hardware and software to decrease the space and energy for data storage.

Tinamu Labs – Uses cloud-connected drones as flexible sensors to automate indoor monitoring workflows.

Traverz – Delivers the ultimate online product search experience, resulting in faster conversion.

Typewise (former: WRIO Keyboard) – revolutionised the smartphone keyboard for error-free typing.

CleanMotion – self-disinfecting door handle designed to improve hygiene in high-traffic areas.

Pixchange –  is a marketplace for creatives to sell GIFs, stickers, AR assets and 3D models.

Four other startups will also exhibit at the virtual booth. These are:

Biospectal SA – is bringing an optical revolution in blood pressure monitoring and management.

CM Profiling – developed Cryfe, AI-powered software that analyses people body language, voices and speech to detect authentic behaviours and enhance human communication

Treasure Hunters – Go on real crazy treasure hunts with your smartphone and go home with unbelievable prizes.

In addition Imverse, a Swiss start-up that won a CES Innovation Award will be present.
