Securosys inks partnership with London based company

Thanks to their partnership, the Zurich based Securosys and the London based Valk will be offering the first end-to-end enterprise-grade solution for unlisted assets on Corda, an open-source blockchain platform that enables transparency, security and efficiency in business.

Securosys is a Zurich based startup that designs, produces, and distributes hardware and software, and offers services that protect and authenticate data and their transmission. The startup's flagship product is the Primus Hardware Security Module used to protect the Swiss banking system SIC, blockchain and crypto assets solutions, and Public Key Infrastructure Systems.

Today, Securosys announced a partnership with
VALK, a London based company that digitizes the issuance and investment processes of unlisted company shares based on its white-label platform. VALK was selected for the fifth "Prototype-to-Product" program of the Swiss fintech incubator and accelerator F10.

This partnership brings together two fintech companies and Corda partners to enable financial institutions to issue and trade digital securities on Corda, an open-source blockchain platform that enables next-generation transparency, security and efficiency in business. These transactions are executed in the secure environment provided by VALK’s end to end application and infrastructure solution and are secured by Securosys’ Hardware Security Modules (HSM). It brings a secure HSM environment to institutions working with VALK.

“We are delighted to seal this partnership with Securosys and look forward to being the first platforms on Corda to integrate with their top-class solution and provide the Swiss and UK markets with quality and enterprise-grade security. Our clients will now have the possibility to work with a secure solution which is tailored to institutional players such as our partners who are issuing, financing and trading very high-quality assets in the private equity, fund, infrastructure and real estate worlds” state VALK founders Antoine Loth and Elie Azzi.

Robert Rogenmoser, CEO of Securosys adds: “With the increased demand to protect digital identities and assets in an ever-changing world, it is a core concern for Securosys to provide enterprise-grade security products that have been tried and tested. Our Primus HSM helps to secure the VALK solution”.
