HuggyStudio expands with acquisition of InnoHack

Swiss no-code agency HuggyStudio is known for transforming ideas into minimum viable products (MVPs). The strategic move to take over InnoHack, which focuses on idea testing and market research, will allow the company to expand its offering, making it a one-stop-shop agency for companies seeking to test and launch new product ideas.

HuggyStudio, a Bern-based innovation agency and the only Swiss company awarded the Gold Partner Status by, has established a reputation for its approach to converting ideas into functional products using no-code tools. The company has trained over 100 people to become no-code developers, built more than 40 MVPs, and reached one million in annual revenue in just two years. Their clients include die Mobiliar, Carvolution, Galenica and more.

In pursuit of further growth and becoming a one-stop-shop innovation agency, HuggyStudio has acquired InnoHack GmbH, a Zurich-based company focusing on customer-centric idea testing and market research, ensuring product development aligns with market needs and consumer preferences.

The company’s expertise in conducting market tests and idea validation complements HuggyStudio’s rapid development process and thus enhances its ability to offer more holistic services encompassing both the initial stages of idea testing and the subsequent development of MVPs. The new offering and methodology strengthen HuggyStudio’s position to provide end-to-end services.

Following the acquisition, InnoHack will continue to exist as a separate brand but will be integrated as part of our overall company processes. Moreover, the two founding partners of InnoHack will pass on their know-how to HuggyStudio’s team before slowly transitioning out of the operations and joining HuggyStudio’s Advisory Board. HuggyStudio is bootstrapped and comprises a core team of 4 people in Bern and a network of qualified freelancers and partners across Europe.
