Growing interest in Cytosurge’s FluidFM technology

In July 2016 Cytosurge and the ETH Zurich developed a method for single cell analysis based on FluidFM technolgy. Thanks to the method, scientists are now able to investigate the behaviour of individual cells within their natural environment without changing their cellular content. FluidFM technology can be used in several applications. Based on this technology, Cytosurge offers the following products: FluidFM BOT, FluidFM for AFM, FluidFM µ3Dprinter and FluidFM Probes.Several partners integrated these products in their offerings:

Lab Automation Network
As their recent partner, Cytosurge AG welcomed the Lab Automation Network (LAN), an alliance of technologically leading solution providers in the field of laboratory automation. In a conjunction with both LAN’s upstream and downstream partners, the FluidFM BOT  will be part of a state-of the-art, fully automated, pharmaceutical drug and cell line development solution. The FluidFM BOT is used for the injection of drug candidates and nucleic acids into single mammalian cells.  "This partnership opens up completely new possibilities to speed up workflows in pharmaceutical drug development and cell line development" says Martin Winter, Managing Director of Lab Automation Network.

JPK Instruments
Headquartered in Berlin Germany, JPK Instruments is a world-leading manufacturer of nanoanalytic instrumentation - particularly atomic force microscope (AFM) systems and optical tweezers - for a broad range of applications reaching from soft matter physics to nano-optics, from surface chemistry to cell and molecular biology.
