The shared mobility movement has been gaining traction through its dedication to transforming cities, reducing dependency on private vehicles, and improving quality of life. Transport operators and mobility services are looking to make that a reality by moving to more sustainable and scalable solutions. The Zurich based ElectricFeel is serving this growing need by offering software for launching and scaling of shared electric mobility systems. Partnerships thus allow for combining hardware and software to offer a best in class solution for players looking to contribute to smarter transport solutions.
Segway-Ninebot, the international manufacturer and best-seller of electric 2-wheelers, is the latest partner for Electric-Feel. The partnership will enable the two shared micromobility leaders to diversify their respective services with existing clients and potential customers, while teaming up on a joint offer. The fully-integrated solution leverages strong technical integrations and years of business intelligence to make it faster to launch, and more competitive to scale, a moped sharing service or business.
“Moped sharing services need a solution that is quick to set up, reliable and sustainable. The integration of our sharing-ready mopeds together with Electric Feel’s premium software makes this possible. Now, moped sharing operators don’t have to worry about the supply chain or setup and can focus on their operations.” says Markus Dammann, Business Development Manager at Segway Commercial.
“This new collaboration with Segway-Ninebot allows us to create a unique offering to customers looking to build or upgrade their moped sharing service,” says Moritz Meenen CEO of ElectricFeel. “We often spend weeks or months supporting partners in researching an adapted solution for their service. By joining forces with Segway-Ninebot we can offer a service fully operational on all aspects—and extremely fast.”
