If you have created or support a mobile or web app as well as other digital products, user feedback can be critical to the success of your product. Crowdtesting is an excellent means of obtaining quick and easy results in this regard.
The objective of this workshop is to demonstrate how feedback from the crowd improves your project. Using a live example, the participants will be shown how to:
Define the objectives and choose the appropriate crowdtesting approach
Write use cases to test their app, website or product
Select the right testers among individual criteria
Test hands-on a website with issue reports and UX surveys to understand how a crowdtest is executed
This workshop will be held by Niklas Leicht, Co-Head of the Competence Center Crowdsourcing at the University of St. Gallen and Dieter Speidel, CEO and founder of the largest Swiss crowdtesting platform Passbrains.
In cooperation with Greenliff.
