Swiss Prime Site Accelerator Workshop

Swiss Prime Site, Switzerland’s leading listed real estate company is looking for pioneering startup ideas in the EnterpriseTech, FinTech & LegalTech sector. This includes solutions that help us to streamline/automatise repetitive processes, to enhance operational efficiencies, to open up new business areas and to improve the sustainability in our core processes. The aim of the workshop is to refine relevant use cases for Swiss Prime Site and/or its group companies (Swiss Prime Site Immobilien, Wincasa, Jelmoli and Tertianum) that will lead to exciting customer experiences, improved operational efficiencies and/or sustainable growth enablement. The workshop is designed for startups offering solutions and innovative business models to improve/disrupt the ways our corporate businesses work in real estate, real estate services, retail and assisted the living. Students, PhD, Postdoc, Academic Staff & Alumni, Entrepreneurs may also apply. 8 selected startups will be invited to the Swiss Prime Site Accelerator Workshops on 03./04. December to pitch and work with the Swiss Prime Site management and industry experts with the goal to set up a pilot project or a proof-of-concept.
