During this workshop you will learn how to create product roadmap to solve customer problems by focusing on business impact stating each item as a desired business outcome rather than narrowing your output on implementing product features.


Through real world use cases and hands-on exercises, you will also learn how to use the Objective and Key Results (OKRs) framework to map each customer problem in your product roadmap to a business objective.
