Based on most recent empirical research and new insights into the human mind, the behavioral economist Iris Bohnet argues that we should not change individuals, but should rather change organizations in their structures, procedures and culture to embrace more diversity. Last year her book «what works», Gender Equality by Design, was published and recently translated into German.
