We Shape Tech invites the public to its first event, in collaboration with NEO Network, a fireside chat with Prof. Dr. Iris Bohnet from Harvard University, on how to design education and organizations to establish gender equality.

Based on most recent empirical research and new insights into the human mind, the behavioral economist Iris Bohnet argues that we should not change individuals, but should rather change organizations in their structures, procedures and culture to embrace more diversity. Last year her book «what works», Gender Equality by Design, was published and recently translated into German.

In this talk, she will provide tools needed to make smart organizational changes that results in a greater gender balance – whether in classrooms or boardrooms or anywhere in between
