This workshop is dedicated to entrepreneurs that want to set their newly incorporated company on course for growth. In the "Business Growth" training module, they will analyse the barriers, opportunities and markets in their sector and learn about the processes and structures that will help them to grow their Engineering startup.
Who can take part?
Entrepreneurs who have already founded their startup, have secure initial funding and have just started to launch their product or intend to do so. The basis of the company is a technological, academic or business model-oriented innovation. They must have a balanced startup team. There will be max. 12 participants per course.
Growth Training for Engineering Startups
Attendees will get practical training and will be able to plan, establish and manage their company in the decisive phase of launching their product on the market. Specialist trainers with lots of practical experience and coaches provide them with one-on-one support throughout the course. Business Growth is offered as a sector-specific course for Advanced Engineering (Hightech, Mechanics, Electronics, Wearables, Robotics, Sensors, Micro-/Nanotech, Optics, Chemicals, Automative, Agritech, Hardware etc.).
